Or...some of what I intend to look at in Winter, apart from my splendid Ladybird book...
Repeat viewing rituals - (not Eric and Ernie though...)
~ tell-me-again, traditions of a kind:
Atanarjuat - the site is lovelier than ever now - do check out the pop up galleries, and the costumes andandand....
Blizzard - visually lovely, cardiac-ly delicious. Snuggle up, drink deep.
Northern Exposure - Series 3 - reminds me of the quote on 1GiantLeap about tv community substitute.
Dreams are fed in all kinds of ways.
And in my still-wrapped, waiting-for-the-right-time treats:
Inuk. (I see him as my bedtime story sometimes on tv).
The website for that delightful project is glorious. Go painting!!!
And finally - for those deep, still, quiet days where there really is time for it all... (probably post-Solstice....) ~ Andy Goldsworthy's Rivers and Tides.
Going by this fine clip, I'd say it'll be a rich watch...
There'll be a few more peeps at the generous collection of clips there, too, I reckon...
One of the joys I find in creating posts is the treasures which appear as I go:
building a little rounded offering with them: intentional food for passing travellers, gathered, patted into a pleasing shape, and sent out to float into the currents again.
May you be well-fed, deeply nourished, too.
